Complete the eligibility review
Use the program-participation or household-income route that applies to you. The official review may verify details automatically or request documents. Keep your application reference and follow the request rather than sending extra personal records to unrelated websites.
Enroll after approval
An eligibility decision is separate from activating service. Choose a participating company, check its address coverage and confirm the plan, phone and shipping costs. Ask the company how to transfer an existing number if you want to keep it.
